So the Arts are... Where?

You may have heard some murmuring about the Common Core Standards for K-12 education. In a nutshell, actions are being taken to develop a set of core standards to be implemented across the country, meaning that, to an extent, a high school diploma from ANY state means that you've met the same set of standards that graduates in every state must meet.
